Vincent, the Magnificent

Long ago in a remote valley, whose name no one has ever known, lived Vincent. Vincent is a magician who attempts to perform the woman cut in half act every night. Unaware of the need for a trick, he transforms the surroundings of the cabaret where he performs into a graveyard day after day. One night, his idol appears to him, the famous Blackstone, and reveals the secret. On the way to glory? For Pascal Forney, himself an illusionist, Vincent, the Magnificent was an opportunity to reconcile his two passions: magic and cinema. This dark tale questions the price of ambition in the face of an audience that has become incapable of distinguishing between spectacle and reality.
